Watercolors by Larissa Stenlander are charming and quirky works that reflect everyday human emotions. Loneliness and craving for love, social vulnerability and joy of belonging, independence and discrete cries for help - the situations and states that Stenlander's characters find themselves in create instant recognition and emotional resonance in the viewer.

Tommy TC Carlsson

For a number of years  the main focus of Tommy TC Carlsson has been a style of painting orientated towards trompe-óeil. By playing with the deception of cognition, he found new ways of attracting the gaze of his viewers.

Tommy designs this game with a special humour. Behind the directly ascertainable, quasi tangible, figurative reality of his objects, manifold hints and allusions become visible. They enable a contact between the artist and the viewer, an optic interaction. In this way the works of Tommy TC Carlsson show a clourful reality, wich connects the past, the present and a future-oriented fantasy wich makes curious.

These products are made of several sheets of FSC®-certified birch veneer containing between five to eight layers of veneer depending on the size of the tray. All the raw materials is sourced within Europe and the production facility is located in the small town of Nybro in the southeast of Sweden. The design is printed with a high-quality inkjet printer onto an FSC® certified paper. The motif is protected by a laminated melamine-based surface making it heat resistant up to 130 degrees Celsius. All the materials are assembled by hand and then molded into the desired shape with high heat and pressure. This craft requires both accuracy and precision by our skilled team of workers.
